Revenue-based funding — also called a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) — sized to your monthly settlements and repaid in small daily or weekly increments. The gap-filler between brokers paying and bills coming due.
Same-day decisions · No impact to credit · $5K – $1M+
Why MCA works here
Long settlement cycles, sudden repair bills, fuel that won't wait. MCA is built for cash-flow timing problems — capital arrives in days, repayment flexes with revenue.
Brokers pay in 30-45 days; fuel cards don't wait. MCA bridges the gap between settlement cycles so loads keep rolling and drivers stay on the road.
Engine rebuild, transmission, brake job, an unexpected DOT failure — repair bills land all at once. Capital in days keeps a truck out of the shop and back generating revenue.
Down payment on the next tractor, refurb on a used unit, trailer additions. Pair MCA with equipment financing when the deal needs both speed and structure.
Annual liability and cargo premiums, factoring deposits, ELD subscriptions, authority renewals — fixed costs that hit hard if they stack in the same quarter.

Deal structure
Trucking MCA deals in our network typically range from $10K to $500K, with the bulk landing between $25K and $200K. Factor rates run from roughly 1.20 to 1.49 depending on time in authority, monthly deposit consistency, and CSA score.
Repayment is generally over 4 to 18 months via fixed daily or weekly ACH debits, sized to a level your settlement deposits can service comfortably. Trucking files with strong, consistent factoring deposits often qualify for longer terms.
