For trucking & logistics

Funding that keeps
the wheels turning.

Revenue-based funding — also called a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) — sized to your monthly settlements and repaid in small daily or weekly increments. The gap-filler between brokers paying and bills coming due.

Why MCA works here

Why trucking companies use revenue-based funding.

Long settlement cycles, sudden repair bills, fuel that won't wait. MCA is built for cash-flow timing problems — capital arrives in days, repayment flexes with revenue.

Fuel float between settlements

Brokers pay in 30-45 days; fuel cards don't wait. MCA bridges the gap between settlement cycles so loads keep rolling and drivers stay on the road.

Repairs, rebuilds, and DOT inspections

Engine rebuild, transmission, brake job, an unexpected DOT failure — repair bills land all at once. Capital in days keeps a truck out of the shop and back generating revenue.

Fleet expansion & truck acquisition

Down payment on the next tractor, refurb on a used unit, trailer additions. Pair MCA with equipment financing when the deal needs both speed and structure.

Insurance premiums & authority costs

Annual liability and cargo premiums, factoring deposits, ELD subscriptions, authority renewals — fixed costs that hit hard if they stack in the same quarter.

Qualification

What lenders look for.

Underwriting varies across our partner network, but trucking deals are typically evaluated against a similar set of signals.

  • DOT operating authority for 6+ months — 12 months preferred

  • Monthly gross revenue of $15K+; $30K+ widens the field

  • Owner-operators and small fleets both welcome

  • No recent serious CSA violations or out-of-service orders

  • Personal credit 500+ workable; 600+ improves terms

  • US-registered entity with active business checking

If a deal doesn't fit one partner, we match to another. One application, many shots on goal.

Deal structure

Typical trucking deal.

Trucking MCA deals in our network typically range from $10K to $500K, with the bulk landing between $25K and $200K. Factor rates run from roughly 1.20 to 1.49 depending on time in authority, monthly deposit consistency, and CSA score.

Repayment is generally over 4 to 18 months via fixed daily or weekly ACH debits, sized to a level your settlement deposits can service comfortably. Trucking files with strong, consistent factoring deposits often qualify for longer terms.
